  Love this insurance agency. Had issues with a local State Farm in central Illinois and switched to Sam Marshall through a referral. Entire staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and actually feels like they're on your side. Has never been a hassle to call in and change my policy, add/remove vehicles, etc. Also use them for Homeowner's insurance and so far, so good!

  Sam is a fantastic insurance agent.   This office understands how the services it provides impacts people's lives. I recently switched apartments and on the day I was scheduled to move, I received a call from my landlord informing me that I needed to have Renter's Insurance to pick-up my keys (a piece of information not included in the lease, which I would later fight and receive reimbursement). At that moment I was angry, panicked, and overwhelmed, as I had movers coming in an hour. I called Sam Marshall State Farm and explained the situation. Sam personally handled the issue and had my proof of insurance over to my landlord in 30 minutes! Sam patiently listened to me frantically explain my dilemma and calmly assured me that he would be able to help. I immediately felt at ease with Sam, as he is first and foremost a person! He was sympathetic, personable, and could relate to my experience. Sam Marshall State Farm understands that they are in the business of serving people, typically in times of crisis or need, which requires a certain level of tact and care. This office has a client for life!

  I had recieved a call from Donny wanting to let me know what kind of deal his office could give me on my car insurance and what other things we could do to get a better discount. He was super helpful and very patient with me. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends in the area. 👍
