Very welcoming and even if there is a wait, I am told that there will be one. Great jobs tellers and bankers, keep up your great work!

Deborah Hays1Spoke with a teller who told me I had to see a personal banker to change my address. Asked if I needed a number or add my name to a list, she said no, it will just be a few minutes. Waited patiently for about 15 minutes, I was up next. Another lady came in and the banker Caroline swooped in and took her ahead of me. When I asked the teller why, she said she probably had an appointment. Why didn't you tell me appointments were needed. Very disappointed. Why can't I change my address online?

Melissa Greenthal1Slowest drive thru i have ever been to. These bankers take their sweet time. I waited over 10 minutes with one another car ahead of me to make a deposit. I have NEVER had slower service at any other location. And this one is always slow. Will go to other locations from now on.

Jessica Heinberg1TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Beyond terrible and rude service. You stand in line for 10 minutes while the bank tellers stand around and talk to each other. Then when they help you it takes another 10 minutes to do anything. I would rather drive to a different town than use this bank.
