  Parts department never answers the phone, I've been on hold for 20 plus minutes multiple times and I've called at different times of the day with the same results, also I've tried 2 different locations with the same result (Huntley, carol stream) this is very very poor customer service. DO BETTER!

  I see why they are 5 star there service Dept is amazing treat us like humans as in the old days - we came they deleted codes and helped reset MH and the charge was the most reasonable charge I’ve seen in years from a service shop. This is a amazing service Dept I see it They are Be Blessed Express Inc new go to for Dealer work. I came back with a newer Trk I’ve had in SouthLand dealership which I purchased it from and they had Trk 1 mth and didn’t repair correctly I brought it to this Rush dealer they had it fixed in 1.5 week ya!!

  Parts department doing great job, mechanical staff day work great,I don't like international trucks but I may get one just to have the shop close to me and be fixed by Rush.

  If I could give less stars I would. Before it was Rush Truck, everyone seemed to care and knew what customer service is. Funny thing is on more than one occasion, you could wait at Service for someone to acknowledge you for a long time. You can see the employees and they can see you, but finishing their conversation about what they did on their day off matters more that greeting the customer. I wish I could say it happens rarely. If only there was a better truck repair in the area.....

  I called and spoke with Mark in service and I was explaining to him what was wrong with my clutch. Once he told me what to do over the phone, my clutch was working again. He said that has been the problem with the new self adjusting clutch because is the hydraulic system the are using now. Mark has great customer service. This took place on a Saturday morning. He was low on techs and the shop was backed up a weeks worth of work. Thank you so much Mark. He got my wheels turning again. If the wheels ain't turning I ain't earning. A+++++++++++ on customer service...

  Worst parts department I’ve ever dealt with you order something doesn’t come in and they blame it on the guy that ordered. it happen 3 times.

  July 5th my starter died. Called them to come out and replace it. I was 1 block from the dealership. Was quoted $450 for 3 hrs. Gave them a P.O. Went home to wait. Work started at 0900 done 1115, charged me $670 for almost 5 hrs of work. Still waiting on the Shop Foreman to call me back to resolve this.

  This is the very good place to do quick repairs on semi Trucks, dissent prices, friendly staff, good mechanics, only Im not happy about, drivers waiting area don't have Television, and sitting here for 4 hrs pretty boring. I hope it will change soon. Thanks for good job.😀😀

  Very quick unload very helpful people there. Very small tight dock for a 53 footer.
