  Sam is awesome! Now after two home buys and a refinance, we have total confidence in Sam. Our friends recently had a HORRIBLE experience with an incompetent loan agent and we realized how badly these things can go. These experiences that can be so confusing and intimidating to navigate but we found his responsiveness, how he answer ALL my questions and made it easy to understand.   Sam went over & beyond our expectations! I was recommended to Sam for my first home purchasing and they sent me to the perfect person! At age 25, I didn't expect to be able to go through purchasing a home without any guidance from family or friends so it was a scary feeling at first. But working with Sam from day one, made it so easy as he was so helpful, always answering questions quickly, and super nice which made me feel so confident in going along with the process. I felt like I was in good hands all the time and I wasn't wrong! He pre-approved me right away, asked me for the documents needed and we moved on from there. I am now a happy homeowner to a gorgeous home and all thanks to him and our agents (which they had great communication with each other to help us as well).   If I could give Sam higher than 5 stars I would!! I am a first time home buyer which naturally comes with a lot of questions and confusion. I never once felt lost when working with Sam. He was available everytime I needed his help and always responded in the blink of an eye when I sent emails. Sam is knowledgeable and professional all while being so personable! I could not say enough great things about Sam. If I ever buy another property I wouldn't consider anybody but Sam to take care of us and I hope you will do the same!

  Worked with Sam through a referral from our realtor. It was the best recommendation anyone can ask for in a time of need. First time home buyer, I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. Sam is very professional and patient. I had a lot of questions and got all my answers. Sam provided estimates for any scenario we were facing which helped us see what and what we could not afford. When we found our home, Sam was quick with the process and getting what we needed to make an offer. When our offer was accepted, we closed in 25 days! We were in our new home by Christmas Eve! The best Christmas present ever! I highly recommend working with Sam. It will be the best decision you make!

  When it comes to your home purchasing finances, Sam is your guy! He is a great advisor and provided us with all the necessary information related to our home loan and explained our affordability. Not only that he got us the pre-approval in no time and personally reached out to home seller agent each time we put an offer. His closing cycle was exceptional and he was able to close our loan in 8 days! The entire process went very smoothly and with full of transparency. Highly recommended!
