  Clay and his team at Signet Mortgage are beyond 5 stars. I have done loans with them that no other lender could pull off . One of the loans being an FHA 203K purchase/rehab loan. The loan was on/for a run down duplex back in 2015. I thought we were going to need "hard money" to close this deal but Clay and his Team came through and we closed on time. The process was smoothly executed and it was a MAJOR win for us. We could not have done this without Clay and his Team. I have also dealt with Clay and his Team helping my wife and I free up some equity in 2017 & 2018 via a cash out refinance & HELOC loan to get us into our next investment property and owner occupied home. Needless to say, I highly recommend doing business with Signet Mortgage. They know the ropes when it comes to lending in and out. All the best Clay, you guys ROCK!
