  Roy is a great financing and refinancing expert when comes to real estate properties. He is smart, knowledgable, honest, easy to work with and PROFESSIONAL.   We worked with Roy a couple of years back. He helped us out with a difficult mortgage on a newly constructed home in Bay Area where a big bank walked out because they could not assess the right value of the house. Roy came in and helped us get he mortgage without any hiccups. Roy is extremely knowledged in the mortgage process. This coupled with his resourcefulness and trustworthiness makes him our favorite mortgage guide. Next time we buy a home in California we will definitely lean on Roy to get us a mortgage
