  Ruby and her team were on the ball the entire time we worked with them. We decided to shift our lender due to multiple typos and errors working with another provider. Salmon Bay, and Ruby and Adam in particular, were extremely responsive, detail-oriented and communicative about what was needed and when. We had numerous little bumps in the road in negotiations with the seller and Ruby coached us through options and helped us lock in the best rate we could afford. We would refer them to anyone we love to pursue home ownership. It was a delight and relief to have such caring and competent professionals on our team during our first home buying experience.

  Salmon Bay was amazing. I especially loved the Friday videos with the recap of what happened that week and what to expect for the following. There are so many moving parts to home buying, the videos did a great job keeping things simple and in order. They were also instrumental in understanding the timeline of our purchase. Ruby and the team were thorough, knowledgable, and efficient specifically with our VA loan and fast deadline. 5+ Stars all around.

  Ruby and Her team were excellent to work with! From the very first meeting you feel like your specific needs are being met. Ruby will provide you with the best loan options and Adam will guide you through all of the paperwork. Halfway through the process the seller wanted to move the closing date up two weeks and Ruby and Adam scrambled to get everything done on time. I plan to work with them in the future.
