  Very attentive staff and the salesman Aaron did a stellar job on a very busy night. Follow up great as well. We just weren't interested in the car after the test drive. They even welcomed our 55 lb Goldendoodle with open arms!! (We took our own seat cover made for pets) Would recommend to others!

  Awesome people with great prices. (Used sales) Tim was wonderful and worked with me to get the car I wanted while I tested out a few different options. When I came in to buy the car I was in and out within a hour and a half. Don stepped in for Summer to take care of financing and again was super nice and quick! Very happy.

  I bought a certified 2014 Cruze, but after two days of driving, it wouldn't start. I checked the battery and found it corroded. I then asked my sales consultant for help, and he just told me to go to the local Chevrolet car service for help. However, when I went to the local car service, they told me that they are unable to repair it without charging an inspection and cleaning fee. Therefore, I had to take 1.5 hours to drive back to Saline (I live in Lansing). Fortunately, the guys in Bill Crispin car service center were very friendly and helpful. They cleaned the terminal and changed the battery without any charges. I would say the overall experience was fine, the car is great and most people at Bill Crispin were nice and professional, but I really don't like buying a certified car with a corroded battery and wouldn't start after 2 days.

  The people in the service department are amazing. Matt has helped me so much with an unexpected problem with my vehicle and he went above and beyond to make sure I got my car back as soon as possible. The dealership as a whole is the only place I will go to buy or service any car and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a car.

  Exemplary customer service. Worked with Ellie in the used car finance department. Ellie was extremely helpful in getting my financing done efficiently and even called the warranty company to make sure my needs were being met , all on her day-off! Would definitely recommend Bill Crispin Chevrolet.

  I recently bought my Cadillac ATS from Omar and I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. He made the whole process a breeze! I had an appointment at 5pm and he made sure I was in the car the same day. I highly recommend Omar as he was very professional outgoing and a pleasure to deal with.

  The staff at Bill Crispin are more than exceptional.. My salesman Aaron beyond amazing, very friendly. And the sales manager Ellie, AMAZING person.. I felt so welcomed.. And to be able to say Hiiiii an give Mr. C a hug was a bonus.. Thank you again for a great experience.

  Just leased a new car from Jim Hilton and Bill Crispin. Jim was honest and upfront about the cost and the process. This is the 3rd chevy dealership we have leased a car from, and our first two experiences weren't the best. Jim was amazing, and we will be coming back to purchase our next vehicle!

  This review is about my experience with the Bill Crispin Chevrolet Service Department. I always feel good about the customer service I've received when I leave this place. The staff that I've worked with has always been kind, informative and helpful throughout the process, from check-in to check-out. The only improvement I could suggest would be to have glazed doughnuts in the waiting area... :D Thank you Bill Crispin Chevorlet Service Department for exceeding my expectations when I come in for service.

  We have been working with Bill Crispin Chevrolet since 2016. First with Debbie Crispin, then she gave us over to Jim Hilton. He is a true gem to work with and did a lot of searching for our perfect vehicle. When the day came for turn in, he was prepared and I was in and out in less than an hour. Purchasing/leasing a car can be so intimidating for some, but this dealership and the staff make it so smooth and painless.
