  The ladies here are so professional. The process is fast if you have all your documents that are requested and ready. You can use Internet access to get your documents. And you get fast and friendly service! I would highly recommend this company!

  Today I called this company to inquire about how I can refer another customer. The customer service agent I was dealing with was very nice but didmt know much about the company policy. I guess the supervisor got irritated with answering all her questions, that she just got on the phone. This supervisor was by far the most sarcastic and immature personnel I've ever dealt with. She stated "Your lucky that you even got a loan, especially when your past due." I was never aware that my account was past due and I'm always on time with my payments. It's automatically withdrawn out of my account. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she couldn't get her on the phone. I called back and spoke to another representative who advise me my payment was still begin processing this is why I was never notified for late payment. When I tired to look up a corporate complaint number, it's the same customer service number.

  This was a very good company to do business with at one point. I have done business with them for years. I have never missed a payment with them. I called and tried to refinance my loan and they denied me because my last check did not meet the financial requirements because I had been off work due to medical issues. All the while, I still payed my bill every two weeks with no problems. And they wouldn't except my extra income. This will be my final time doing business with this company.
