  Juan and Caleb were awesome to work with. They helped me and my family sell a property that we had owned for over 30 years and re-invest in the area that we moved to. We were amazed that they were able to accomplish this in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. They communicated regularly throughout the transaction and made sure we understood each step.   I have personally worked with Sage Real Estate Group for all my property needs. Juan, Caleb and Mark are experts in their field with lots of experience ! I purchased a duplex in Long Beach and from helping me find the right tenant on one of the units to being full disclosure as a buyer and then as a seller, I could not be more happier ! Transparency isn't often something you find in real estate transactions and Juan was upfront and very informative ! Would highly recommend these guys are they are a cut above !!!

  Although we owned our place in Boston, we are new to Long Beach. After renting for close to a year we decided to make the plunge and buy. We had an aggressive timeline but within 2 weeks we had put in two offers and got one accepted and closed 30 days after. We would not have been able to do this without Juan and Amber. They were super professional, listened to our needs/wants, and adjusted to our schedule to view homes. They helped with putting in the offers and walked us through the SoCal LB home purchasing process. Most of the process is the same, but others were not and Juan and Amber helped us navigate those differences. But more than all of that, the thing that we really valued is their knowledge of Long Beach. We did not have to look too far to understand the neighborhoods because they already knew and Amber is an expert at sizing up a place for what can be done to improve resell value! And the connections that they have are very helpful. Within days of asking we would be in with a contractor getting quotes and move toward closing. Given what we experienced we have no hesitation in recommending them as a buyer's agent - which as our mortgage broker told us is a must in SoCal - and she was absolutely right! Thanks team Huizar!
