  Ryan has been a tremendous help in our mortgage journey! Our original agent had messed up many of our documents, but Ryan saved the day! Fixed all the mistakes from our previous agent, and still had us on track to close on time—not to mention he was able to answer our questions accurately and thoroughly for us confused first time home buyers! Incredible customer service, quick to respond to texts, calls or emails. Highly recommended!!

  Short version: best interest rate, lowest originiation fee, lowest cost for points, lowest closing costs, highest cashout availablity (80/20) and absolute best service. HONEST. Longer version: Ryan and team gave me their very best rate and other costs upon first inquiry. Other companies want to size you up and see how much they can get out of you and maybe come down with some haggling. Mission Loans, GE Financial and others couldn't come close to their numbers. Closing was fast. It would have been quicker if the appraiser would have been faster, but all told it was under 30 days from the first phone call. The Safeway team is knowledgable about their business and know how to be competitive to serve their customer. In short, they know their stuff. As a woman I have to be on the lookout for people thinking I don't know enough about the process (and this can be true!) and try to manipulate me. I NEVER got this impression or feeling from Ryan and Emmanuel. And the numbers speak for themselves, like I said, best rate, etc. One thing of note, during a re-fi you naturally have to divulge your financal info, which are kind of personal. Ryan and team take care to treat everyone's "story" with respect and interest. The whole process was relaxed and smooth. Plenty of customer touchpoints, nothing was vague and there were no surprises. This is a small team that takes pride in their work and is truly interested in helping people achieve their goals. I find it refreshing that they are working hard to carve out a place in the business with great success. I wish everyone in their field would use them for best practice example and follow suit.

  We shopped around and found that Ryan had the best rates for mortgage refinancing! He was very friendly, extremely responsive and patient explaining every number and line we did not understand during the process. The refinance went very smoothly and swiftly. We are working with him a second time since we were so pleased with the first experience, and he has kept up with his high standards.   Ryan and his team were Awesome! They were always responsive and were able to close the loan incredibly fast. On top of this they were very honest and very accurate from the first estimate I received to the final closing disclosure. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

  Emmanuel and Ryan have been amazing since day one. Responsive, respectful, forthright and fast. They know the meaning of the word “hustle”! When I told them I wanted a cash out refi to add an addition to my house to accommodate a new baby, they were on top of getting me the best deal with the least amount of hassle. They worked around my availability as a work from home, new mom. Thank you Safeway for making the path to this next stage easy and fast.
