  My husband and I are so lucky we were recommended Mortgage Resource Plus. We worked with Perri and she was ALWAYS available to help us. She was patient with us being first time home buyers. We could not have gone through this process with our her and Mortgage Resource Plus.

  Mortgage Resource Plus has worked with us twice in the past and based on those positive experiences, we chose to go to them again for refinancing. As we experienced in our prior engagements, Natalie, Perri and Renee were a delight to work with, and exceeded our expectations multiple times during the process. With covid-19 adding another layer of difficulty, they provided an exceptional ‘virtual’ experience. Over the years we have heard of the difficulties and poor customer service that our friends and family have experienced with other lending institutions and it helped us realize and appreciate the effort that MRP provides. We recommend them to everyone we know.

  I can not say enough great things about Mortgage Resource Plus! Perri, Renee, Natalie, the whole team are all amazing. Incredibly responsive and so helpful. This is the second home we have purchased through them and we would never use anyone else. They also put us in touch with our realtor who we would not have found without them, and was also incredible. It is a tough market to buy a house in as we lost 6 we put offers in on, and they fought with us all the way through, as frustrating as it was, they made the experience so much easier and we are incredibly grateful for everything they did for us!

  Mortgage Resource Plus is truly the best mortgage company in the Metro Detroit Area. I have referred many of my friends and clients to them for many years now. Buying a house can be a very stressful process, but Perri and her team always provide her clients with great communication, educational information and the professional services that make it go smoothly. I especially recommend this company to the first time home buyer, as Perri will meet with you and tell you everything you need to know before you even start house hunting. (Which is the best way to begin purchasing your dream home!) I also used Perri as my own mortgage planner. When I purchased my first home 10+ years ago, my colleague had mentioned that Mortgage Resource Plus is great. Since then, I have seen the company grow bigger and move to a new location, but they have never changed their high quality of service one bit.

  I worked with Perri and Renee and they were nothing but professional. They were very patient with all my questions and thorough in their explanations. They were very responsive, replying within minutes. I was very satisfied with the loan's terms. Everything was done digitally except for the final signing which made it very convenient.   I’ll be upfront—I don’t like going through the process of getting a mortgage. Help! Alas, Natalie and Perri to my rescue; Natalie for my original mortgage and Perri for my recent remortgage four years later. This dreaded task wasn’t so bad after all. Why? During the closing, Michael mentioned Mortgage Resource Plus develops a company culture and makes sure every employee can align with those values. Although I didn’t ask what that culture is, it’s clear to me that they value caring, character, communication, and customer-centric ideals. Perri and I laughed at the “Clear as Mud” legalese and she got me over the stress of understanding the numbers and all the signing. Thank you, MRP, for not one, but TWO pleasant experiences with you!   Gita, Natalie and their team are the BEST! They’re definitely the experts you want in your corner going through this process. As a first-time home buyer, Gita patiently walked me through the whole process. Gita went above and beyond to educate me on everything and to make sure I was comfortable with all the financial aspects of the home in advance. There is SO much information to keep track of and her knowledge, communication and professionalism helped me feel less anxious and more confident in the steps of home buying.
