  I have my car loan there and after speaking with Ms. Cooper I decided to close my account with Bank of America and returned with my debit card so she could cut it up! She was awesome and tried to help me with all my needs. I never knew that I had so many options to improve my finances and she was very personable and took her time to work with me and my current situation. My son and husband will be opening an account there after I told them of my experience. Thank you Ms. Cooper:-)

  So I gave this location 2star because the young lady at the counter wasn’t trying to be helpful to me nor my husband. We came from out of town and needed a wire transfer for a Closing on a house. This bank is a shared credit union of our bank in MD. They couldn’t do the wire transfer. However, the lady at the counter seemed to catch an attitude with my husband when he wanted to know were there any other options. When we spoke to another lady in this branch she was able to tell us what we needed to do. This particular young lady deserved 4 stars because she went above and beyond to help us. Even though we had to use another bank, I really appreciated the helpfulness of this lady. I wish I knew her name because she definitely deserved 4 stars! This bank needs more employees like her!

  I am a current member and pay my car loan through them. I had a Series EE savings bond that had reached final maturity and wanted to establish funds into my account by making a deposit. I was told at the branch they do not accept savings bonds. I was confused because bonds are a safe and secure method of saving. So, I took it to my local bank and they accepted and did my transaction with NO problems. . I'm a bit disappointed and thought I could build up my savings, but that will not happen now. I guess my future bonds will go to my local bank and trust.

  I have called this bank several times within the past 6 or 8 months and can never reach anyone at the branch or the customer service line. I just hold for the next available representative. I waited once for almost an hour then finally gave up. In fact I am holding right now. Their app does not work properly either. This is absolutely ridiculous. All I want to do it close my account!

  This branch in the Sandhills is ok.. I've had a a couple of problems....but was helped quickly with the two problems I've had. I don't however like that they don't have a window for someone to work the atm.

  Bad customer service at the West Columbia branch. The blond lady at the front desk when you walk in completely looked over me one day and helped the gentleman behind me. She didn’t even know what I wanted so she couldn’t even say she couldn’t help me she claimed she didn’t see me. Never have good customer service with this credit union

  Got my debit card same day and the lady made setting up a new account so easy however getting help from this company is beyond hard even call center is only open 9 to 5

  This location has TERRIBLE customer service. The lady in charge of business accounts is lazy and doesn't want to do her job. I do NOT reccomended to anyone.

  Very slow. Slowest bank I have ever been to. It is becoming consistent, which is making me question switching to a different bank.
