  I had a great experience with Ms. Fox came in tk open a few accounts she demonstrated excellent customer service!!!!! A rating I didn't feel rushed or like i was asking her too many questions. Keep up the great work Team Red Bank.. And the tellers were helpful as well..

  The nicest place to do banking in the Red Bank / White Knoll area. Over and above the financial offerings this is the place where members are valued. And it shows. Big bank capabilities with local banking friendship.

  I stopped into SAFE Federal Credit Union to get a certified check. Anna Maya helped me, and she was extremely pleasant and very helpful - as I don't live in the immediate area, she even gave me a local recommendation for lunch! My transaction was quick and I was thanked for choosing SAFE to fulfill my banking needs. It was a pleasure doing business at their branch.

  I don’t like how the bank has their employees standing outside while it’s raining and cold. There should be better working conditions for their employees. Very sad sight to see.

The employees you saw were all volunteers helping to spread the word about SAFE’s Personal Teller Machines (PTMs) and how they offer face-to-face video banking with a live teller right from your driver’s seat. Rain or shine, each volunteer receives extra vacation time and gift cards in addition to their regular pay as a special thank-you. Again, we appreciate your looking out for our employees…just like they’re looking out for you! 😊

  We use a sister credit union with SAFE. I have had nothing but negative experiences with them. I would never recommend SAFE to anyone. The staff in the bank had no clue as to what they were doing, call the corporate number and it was phone tag. Department to department.

  I wish I had read the one other review before I stopped in to open an account... I arrived approximately 10 am and there are no other customers in the lobby. One of the cashers logged be in as a new customer waiting to open and account. One office I could tell had 2 people, my guess was 1 employee and 1 customer. The managers office had a guy, my guess the manager sitting at his desk(where he could see me waiting), as he dabbled on the computer. I stood there 20 minutes and within the last 3-4 he took a phone call. So I left figuring that they were not interested in accepting new customers today! So be it. Luckily it is not the only credit union in town

  I love going to this branch, this branch is amazing. They are always quick to assist, and always make me feel welcome. I used to go to the Lexington branch all the time, but now that this one is open it is a lot closer to my house.
