      If I could give them ten stars, I totally would! The ladies at this location (specifically Tammy and Lauren) are absolutely SPECTACULAR!!! This is the first year that I have been tasked with doing my taxes by myself and I had no idea what I was doing, but these ladies made everything so much easier on me! Going in, I had no earthly clue what to do, but they explained everything in terms that were easy for me to comprehend. They welcomed me with warm smiles and made me feel like family.       After reviewing the comments I was looking forward to working with them. I came in on a Friday expecting my taxes to be completed the same day, but since I had a rental property she stated that the corporate office need to review it and she get back to me in a few days. A week goes by and still no update on my return. I stopped by the office to pick up all my documents to take to someone else and the older lady was rude and upset at the fact that I did not want them to complete my return. I stated that it’s been a week and I have not heard from anyone, therefore I didn’t want my paperwork to just sit. The customer service, communication and knowledge is lacking in this office. I don’t recommend
