  Scott and the team at PMG made this one of the best experiences in buying a home. While no one can control everything, anything Scott a d his team had on their list was just one less thing I never worried about. Constant communication about the process and the expertise and patience to answer any and all questions- it was everything to earning my business.   We used Palmetto Mortgage Group to refinance our mortgage. Everything about our experience from start to finish was easy and positive. Tripp Davis, Caroline Bordeaux and each person we interacted with was helpful, patient and professional. The process was all done online and there wasn’t a single glitch or problem. It was quick, 45 days as promised. The estimated fees and final numbers were right on target, no surprises. We were extremely happy we chose them, and would recommend them highly to anyone considering a new mortgage or refinance.

  We were purchasing our very first home and had no idea where to even begin. That's when I was put in contact with Jon at Palmetto Mortgage Group. Jon was so great at answering any and all questions I had, assuring me everything would work out and he literally was available to answer my calls at any time of day!! Landry was also a big help with any questions and she is the absolute sweetest! Jon mentioned the market was competitive and boy was he right! Everything came together just in the nic of time and I couldn't have asked for a better team to help us through the entire process!!

  I've gone through two home loans and two refinances with different companies. I went to refinance recently since rates dropped so much. I was about to go through my current lender when a friend told me about The Palmetto Mortgage Group. I got connected with Tony Greenwood, and i can honestly say it was not only the smoothest large transaction i've ever had, but it was also the fastest. Tony's team kept me informed every step of the way. Of course there was a hurdle or two, but Tony's team walked me through the hiccups and still managed to close us within 20 days! I now refer everyone I know to them now and without any hesitation I will use them again! Thank you Palmetto Mortgage Group, you guys know how to do it right!

  We had the pleasure of working with Scott Robinson as our loan officer at PMG for our home refinance. It was a smooth and easy experience during what would normally be considered a stressful process. Scott stayed in contact with me almost daily and kept me up to date on what all was going on and if any changes were needed.
