  There needs to be an option for a ZERO star review. This bank does not value long term customers. There are too many other options for banking to stay loyal to a bank that does not value a 30 year customer.

  Buying a house is supposed to be a fun, S & T Bank has made it the WORST experience we've ever been through. I will NEVER recommend this bank to ANYONE who is buying a house, especially your first house. You are better off going anywhere else. When we are told something, 2 days later it becomes something different. What they said isn't correct and ends up costing us more time and effort. We were trusting them to do what was in our best interest and they have done everything but.

  Back in August, my debit card was hacked through eBay/PayPal. I filed a complaint, and through their “investigation” they deemed it that it wasn’t fraudulent, that I indeed made the purchase. I would know if I was hacked or not, and had to get another debit card issues to me because of it. Now, they say since the investigation came back not in my favor, that there is absolutely nothing that they can do. So basically I am out the money that was scammed out of me. So this leads me to the only conclusion that I can come up with, that this bank is a deceitful bank, not deserving of my business. PayPal and eBay will be getting similar reviews

  S&T Bank is great. Candice Browning works in their main office, and she is very helpful, friendly, and always prompt in helping me with all of my banking needs. If you are looking for a local bank that is courteous and helpful this is the place to go.

  Not really impressed. Tried to call multiple times, got hung up on a few times and then I tried to chat with them online, which also resulted in an early disconnect. They have ridiculous policies when it comes to how much of your own money you can spend, and they refuse to work with you when you need to make larger purchases. You have to beg for permission, and then jump through a VERY NARROW window, which they usually shut early (happened more than once). Their only real pros are that they have free atm withdrawal. Again, not terrible impressed with the system or the customer service. I recommend PNC.
