      Zaine and Lynne were very helpful and professional. I spoke with Zaine multiple times as he was the main person. Lynne helped with clarification if I didn't understand or wasn't sure and Zaine wasn't able to be reached.       Very upset with the mortgage process with this bank. We have banked with them for years and the mortgage specialist did nothing but string us along for 3 or 4 months before backing out of the entire mortgage. They kept saying all we needed was this and that, once we got everything they told us to they found more and more things they wanted then backed out completely. Extremely disappointed time and money wasted! I expect a mortgage specialist to know enough about the loan process to not waste someone's time!
