  Absolutely the best bank and staff.....Diana is fantastic, Jessica is amazing and then entire teller line is professional and always personable. We will never ever change banks. 25 year customer.

  My wife had a very rude experience there. Also my friend was treated very bad after his daughter died. Horrible way to treat a person in that moment in life. He went to main office and they helped him right away. I would highly recommend people to move there accounts to first commonwealth bank. :)

  The staff is always polite and get you out fast. I know a few people personally at different branches so I usually go to a branch where I know one of the employees.
