  The experience my wife and I had working with Ron and MK was terrific! The work ethic, professional knowledge, and education they provide for their customers is unprecedented! Working with them gave my wife and I the ability to close on our first home in 28 days, start to finish. The paramount civility truly showed when Ron drove 2 hours to our closing..not to sign papers, but to personally shake our hands and wish us luck! The is not a mortgage broker who I would recommend more!

  This company will make your dream come true of home ownership. Ron Markle busted a gut to get us a mortgage when no other company would even bother with us because our credit was not 100% perfect. Ron went above over and beyond what any company would ever do. If you are looking to buy go to him first and you will not have to go anywhere else. He will get you the best rate and terms bar none! The other loan corporations could care less about you! Ron cares and is local and does not have to answer to a stuffed shirt board of directors-he is the the board and cares and wants to get you into home ownership! Thanks Ron!!!!!

  He wants to know all your personal information then charges you for a credit report with the information I already had from my bank. You can get a free credit report you don't need to make an appointment with this guy to get one. Contact your bank instead.

  At American Dream Mortgage Inc, we are a qualified Mortgage company located in Indiana, PA. In order to assist with credit repair and or to purchase a home loan one must ask questions about your credit to make sure that you have the proper credit score to make a purchase. A valid current credit report with the proper date is needed to assist with this process.
