  We had a great experience with Ryan and his team throughout the mortgage process. We were on a shortened timeline, but Ryan assured us they had the flexibility to fast track our application and they even got us cleared to close well ahead of schedule. They are a smaller, local firm which means they can give more individualized attention to their clients and are thus able to help first-time home buyers (like us) through the process. They gave us frequent and personalized updates regularly while working on our application and always answered questions very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Ryan and Neighborhood Loans to my friends and family and would absolutely work with them again in the future.

  I will always recommend Ryan to all of my friends and families when it comes to all things mortgage financing! He is great with 1st time home buyers such as myself and is extremely knowledgable in the market. Unlike big banks, he is able to quickly respond to questions, applications, concerns and everything else. His team is great to work with too! Fast with closing and great at explaining all things that go into closing costs.

  We can't thank Ryan and his team enough for making the home buying process so easy for us as first time buyers! He thoroughly explained everything to us each step of the way in ways we understood. He/his team checked in every Friday to make sure we had updated pre approval letters for a weekend of house hunting and he made regular phone calls once an offer was accepted until closing as we proceeded through each step. Ryan even answered last minute texts on a holiday weekend when we had questions prior to closing. I couldn't recommend a better person to trust as your lender. Ryan truly is fantastic!!

  I was extremely impressed with Ryan and his team throughout the entire process, from pre-approval thru closing. He was extremely responsive whenever we had questions and coordinated flawlessly across multiple parties (lawyers, real estate agents, etc.).   I honestly cannot say enough about how amazing Ryan and his team have been throughout the whole homebuying process. As a first time buyer, I had some initial concerns that were immediately taken care of. Then through out the process, we had many meetings to discuss the various steps we were going through.
