Regina Conroy is not only a wonderful customer service representative, but also a fabulous human being. She helped me with every step of purchasing both cars. I wasn't sure what I could afford and she went through budgeting, credit process and held my hand, so to speak, all the way through. I highly recommend working with her. She is honest, reliable and easy to work with. She will help you get what you want, not what she thinks you should get! The Manager, Jordan really treated me like I was his sister. He went out of his way to make sure that I ended up with a new car that really made me happy! And Happy I am. Thank you Jordan and Reggie!!! And Happy Holidays to all at Mid City Subaru!

Ryan Riley5My partner and I just bought a Forester from Bart at Mid City Subaru and the experience was pretty great. Bart was friendly and didn't put any pressure on buying a car on an earlier visit to the dealership. When I did come in to actually look into financing, I came with a quote from their website that also ended up being much cheaper than other Subaru dealers in the surrounding area. Everybody was friendly and that helped make the process very easy. The only criticism I can give is that I wish it was clearer how long the total process was going to take. If I would have known that we would have been there more than an hour after close while waiting on financing, I would have come back another night to wrap that half of the process up. Ziad was very friendly, but it was clear he was ready to be heading out so that part of the process felt a little more rushed than I'd have expected. All in all, I would still highly recommend anyone interested in a Subaru to check out Mid City.

mindy shelton5I bought my first Subaru from Bob Swanson a couple of weeks ago and it couldn't have been a better experience with him. I was apprehensive about going to buy a new car since my first car buying experience at a different dealership was miserable, but Bob was fantastic. He was patient, informative, and not pushy on a single thing. Since my purchase, Bob has been lightning fast at responding to questions I send his way; I didn't expect this (see first car buying experience) and very much appreciate it. The next time I have to buy another car it'll be from Bob!

Steven1First time here. Got my outback in NC getting out the marine corps. I hate Chicago. Coming to service here was an option because it was closest. Already expecting a rip-off because I’m at my 30,000 mile inspection. $480 for a 30k service. Na. I would do the work myself if it wasn’t a lease. I guess Evanston Subaru has earned my business indefinitely. Classic service writer slick move. Almost as big of a scam as COVID-19

Bill T-Chicago3The sales guy I worked with was fantastic - Adonis Lee. He was professional, sincere and had integrity. I actually could have bought the car elsewhere for slightly less and they offered a better warranty, but I appreciated Adonis so much that I wanted to give him the business. I am a sales guy, so value professionalism with integrity. The rest of the staff was fine except his manager. The day I came to pick the car up he tried to bump the price by $800 with some sob story about losing money on the deal. He kept trying to go back and forth with me, ultimately saying he could not sell the car to me for that price. I fortunately had email prices from competing dealers as well as an emailed quote from Berman. When I showed him that he said, "you got me" and sold me the car at the agreed upon price. Because of Adonis, this could have been a great experience, but his manager really left a bad taste with the experience.

Jay5I recently purchased a Crosstrek from Berman Subaru and it was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. I spoke with Joey D'Andrea when I first arrived and then he introduced to me Jonathan Arias which helped me out the rest of the deal. Jonathan was super knowledgeable about any vehicle I asked about and was also very friendly and nice, kinda felt like I was dealing with a friend rather then a cars salesman. When it came time to make the deal Joey/Jonathan worked with me to get me right where I needed to be budget wise and then the finance director Luke Lupa got me an even better deal. Overall I had a great car buying experience from Berman and would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Kacie Hattaway5We came in to this dealership looking for a new Forester. Xavier took us on a test drive and was very thorough and patient. He explained all of the features thoroughly and took us on a test drive that included the highway. He wasn't pushy nor did he make us feel uncomfortable. Ultimately we didn't buy a car there because Foresters are in high demand and we need a car sooner than they were able to deliver. Not sure if this is true for other dealers in the area, but I'd still recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car!

Brown Moss4I've never considered the car buying experience fun, but Lou and his associates at Mid City Subaru did their best to make it a pleasant experience. After spending nearly 2 weeks researching dealers and prices they offered the best price by far. I rank quality of the service experience right up there with price price. And given that this purchase makes Outback number 2 that we've purchased from Mid City Subaru, I'd say that ranks them among the one of the top dealers around.
