  You would think by looking at the reviews that this company had covid guidelines nothing it is completely filthy and dirty in there and it smells nobody's wearing a mask mask no social distancing and and they are completely rude somebody needs to check this place out and do an inspection from the city

  Fair price and deal done right. I sold a 10K gold bracelet and I knew it was worth a good amount, other pawn shops were trying to rip me off and give me $150 for it, some even only $100. Here I got $300 didn't have to haggle or argue on the price, the people I dealt with were respectful and a pleasure to work with

  I called over the phone. To see if they can buy 2 ac window units. I bought last year and barley used them still almost brand new in the boxes. I recently moved and have central AC so I had no use for them. They are really nice and offered a good amount and helpful. I would definitely refer them or use them again

  Pleasant experience, they helped me out when I needed quick cash. Older building and hard to find if you aren't looking but the guy was nice and gave me a good price on my necklace. I will come back if needed.

  The owner Rick is a gentleman and explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable about how the loan works and gave me a very fair offer on my diamond tennis bracelet. I shopped it around before I came to this store and I got $1000 more for my bracelet. Exceptional service. I havent been to any store with this type of service. Kudos to these guys they are the best. Thank you very much for taking care of me. I will be coming back . Highly recommened

  Earl was so cool and down to earth and made the entire loan process easy and comfortable. This is a great place which is family owned and they really do give the best deal. I will be back for sure. Thanks Earl!

  Trash customer service. Guy at the counter didn’t say hello, didn’t view laptop, just asked questions and said pass. Shops very dirty and trashy, save yourself the drive and go to a reputable pawn shop. I went elsewhere an hoy offered great money for same merchandise

  We are very friendly to people and we never just say pass or just ignore our customers. We are polite and we always say hello. I don't know what this guy is talking bad about us. I believe He must have gone to a different Pawnshop. We value the business from anyone and we know how to take care of people who come to our store. If you bring garbage we will politely tell you that we are sorry we cannot take your items . We will never disrespect you and send you away without explaining why we cannot take it. Old and obsolete items simply just don't sell and will be just collecting dust.

  Wow. I was so shocked of how much more I got from them .I sold my class ring and they gave me double the price compare to the other 2 pawnshops I went to. I was blown away. I highy recomend this store to all my friends and family.
