  My first time buying a home, so it was a big deal and I didn't know much going into it. Ryan was great! He answered my many many many questions and helped me to understand what was going on. He also gave me advice and helped me make a tough decision that ended up saving me thousands on the closing costs! I also ran all the loan paperwork by my dad, who has bought a couple of houses now, and he was pleasantly surprised with the good loan deal with got. I highly recommend Ryan to someone looking for help getting the best loan they can get.

  I can not say enough about Ryan and his team. I have collaborated with him on 2 home purchases and 2 home refinances. Honestly I wont use another team. There are 3 reasons why: 1. Ryans background with a Masters in education and years teaching math makes him a perfect it for this role. He doesn't just toss paperwork my way for a signature. He takes the time to teach (if I want to understand ) me about my options and the pros and cons associated with each choice 2. His ability to do the math on every option is just mind blowing. He understands that if he finds the best option for his client then that client will be a return customer vs. finding what option just gets the deal closed quickly. 3. Ive referred Ryan to many friends who needed a coach not just a "loan guy". Home buying and refinancing may take you months to prepare for the best outcome. Ryan has always been willing to take his time to coach clients to be as prepared as possible (enhance credit scores, obtain more equity in the home first, pay down debts etc..) for making a most efficient and high value purchase. Ryan is really a gem in this industry and a partner to trust in helping us all through this crazy market. Thank you for all that you do Ryan.

  When it came down to buying a house, I was both nervous and inexperienced. Ryan was able to confidently explain things in a way that I would understand without feeling undermined. I did not feel like I was just a form of money. Ryan took his time when we had questions. Ryan helped explain things that weren't relevant for us to know. He wanted to help my brother and me learn how volatile the market is. I've talked to other larger Brokerages and regretted it. He has been exceptional in every aspect. We really appreciate his work and attitude. I highly recommend him. If we buy another house, we will definitely ask Ryan if he would be willing to help.

  As a real estate broker, having a network of reliable competent partners is EVERYTHING to me.   Ryan and his team were absolutely amazing to work with! As a first time home buyer I had no clue what I was doing and Ryan was there every step of the way.   Ryan and his team were great. Communication was solid the entire transaction. I have purchased many properties and this was one of the easier transactions we have had, and mine are not simple. If you want your loan to get done with great communication, I highly recommend Ryan and his team.
