  It is very apparent that Mike's and his team's only concern is for each of their client's individual needs. They are knowledgeable, caring, and very dependable and will treat you like family. I also really appreciate how easy it was to submit documentation and sign almost everything electronically. As far as I'm concerned, I'm not going anywhere else for my mortgage needs, and you shouldn't either.

  Kathy at Bay Equity provided an excellent service. I had a lot of questions. She was answering all of them and promptly. Most of the paperwork exchange was done online, which made it very convenient. The closing took only 30 mins.

  Best place ever....1st home purchase and Liz Everett and her team made it amazing. Seen the home on day 1 made offer same day, offer excepted next morning and closed in less than 30 days.
