  It took us two years to finally move to the state we wanted and Sam with Edge Home Finance was there for us every step of the way! Buying and selling a house can you quite frightening and not to mention stressful but thanks to Sam and all his efforts we didn't have to worry about a thing! If a question ever arose or we werent sure what we needed to do he provided the utmost care & was attentive and quick to act! He was there for us through out the entire process and helped ensure that we were doing what was best for us! He treated us like family and it was truely appreciated- especially since we were finding a new home for ours!

  Sam was able to get me a great rate and made sure everything went smooth. He was very responsive, getting back to me immediately on any questions that came up as I was a first-time buyer. I had a tight timetable, needing to close in a month, and we were able to close on the estimated date without any problems, just under 4 weeks after the offer was accepted. I highly recommend Sam!

  Sam is extremely knowledgeable, informative, and the most pleasant broker to work with. I had spoken with several, but Sam was the ONLY one that took an extra step to inform me that I had a negligible bill that I wasn't aware of. It amounted to $40 and I took care of it the very same day. Sam waited the two weeks to re-run my credit, which was then over 800 without the $40 hit. It made a substantial difference in the refinance process and I couldn't be happier or more grateful for Sam's attention to it. I'd absolutely recommend giving him a call!
