  If you want to work with the best, give Ryan a call! He helped us thru numerous questions about loans, rates and other options specific to our situation. He helped simplify and talk thru the different parts of the loan/ home purchasing process. Overall he helped us achieve our dream house with a quick close and no loose ends. Ryan is very professional and works in a timely manner. He communicated weekly updates via email and videos helping keep us up-to-date. He made a phone to our sellers agent confirming our strong financial status, which resonated with the sellers extremely well. Ryan went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and that the job was done right. Highly recommend!!

  My husband and I were really nervous about the whole process, when we started we just wanted to see if we could qualify for buying a home. Ryan sat down with us and talked us through the process and helped us get pre-approved and then approved! He really helped us understand a lot of what we needed to do and what was expected of us during the process. They always answered all my questions and my many emails that I sent! I would not hesitate to go through him again when it is time for a bigger home, and I will be recommending him to any friends or family looking for to buy their first or next home.

  If you are looking for someone who won't take no for an answer, Ryan Colbert is your guy! Our loan wasn't the easiest to sort out and work with, we had a contract for deed (COD) under a Trust and wanted to do a VA loan with cash out. That's a tall order for anyone but Ryan never gave up, made multiple, multiple calls to the VA loan offices to get questions answered and remained in touch with us the entire time. He never once 'dressed up' the situation to try and make it sound better than it was, like I said he was transparent with us through the entire process and took the time to explain in detail what was going on in layman's terms so we understood. If you want someone that is dedicated, friendly, stubborn/won't quit; he's your man! Thank you again Ryan for everything, you really made an intimidating process easy and less stressful.
