  Jeremy Strunk handled my refinance and the process could not have been any easier. He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and is upfront and honest. His processor was amazing too and submitted a clean file that went straight to closing! It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone!

  Deb and her team were fantastic and there's nobody else who we'll be working with in the future. Deb has helped us with a refinance and a new home purchase. She was always willing to fully explain things in a way that made sense to us by because let's face it, home loans and the entire process can be very confusing and overwhelming. Deb was always available to answer our questions and worked extremely hard to make sure that we were knowledgeable and comfortable with the decisions that we were making. Her thoroughness made our closing day a breeze and we were at ease since we knew Deb had everything in order. We cannot recommend Deb enough!!!

  This was the 3rd time we have used Lend Smart Mort for our financing needs. Every step along the way was precisely communicated and there were no surprises. Even the smallest of details were accurately communicated. Very seamless and easy. Except for the physical signing of docs, everything was done via email and the Inet which was such a relief as both my wife and I have very hectic schedules which never align. Highly recommended. Matt Redding was very informative and helpful as was the rest of the team.

  Jeremy did an amazing job. Not only was he always available for questions and quick to reply, but he went above and beyond to get my deal worked out. I had a very complicated situation where I was purchasing a home and my divorce wasn't final. My financial circumstances totally qualified me to buy, but my personal situation made underwriting difficult. Jeremy did not give up, and figured out a way to work through the issues holding up approval. I had been working with 2 loan officers before and lost out on those houses because they gave up at the first sign of difficulty. Jeremy stuck it out, and went to battle for me, and now I can give my family a new home for Christmas. 🙂

  We bought our house on a very short timeline. Lend smart made the process very clear, helped us find programs to lower our down payment, and helped us stay within our budget. They were very helpful and not at all pushy, and seemed to be in it to get the mortgage that would work best for us.

  I had a very easy and pleasant time working with Jackie Flynn and Lend Smart Mortgage. The entire refinancing process only took a couple of weeks. I was able to esign all of my documents (with one exception that was mailed to me) and send all of my documents electronically until the actual closing.
