Mr. Eric. You were not only rude, but you were a threat to all passengers in every vehicle who were patient, calm and patiently waiting their turns. Except you. Just remember this, it was you who exited your vehicle in a threatening manner to all. It was you who was pacing about in every direction. It was you who appeared to look for someone to explode at It was you who appeared to want to lash out at others with your boorish and uncivilized behaviors. It was you who were in the wrong. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. It was you. Had you behaved like this at a higher security venue such as an airport, stadium, or other public venue, we all will bet that you most certainly would have been tackled, shackled and led out by agents, the police and security to a not so nice place and they would not be kind to you afterwards either. Remember, it was you and none other. You were in a yelling, screaming mode and cussing away as if ready to kill and/or maim. No! You were absolutely in the wrong and out of line for being in line. Yes, it is taking longer than usual for all to endure during this unprecedented time. Most longer business was conducted indoors and quick deposits/withdrawals were in the drive-through. Now, we all must conform to reality of the times including you. The manager was absolutely correct in reprimanding your behavior. According to your statement, she did not reprimand you as a person, but rather at your behavior. The rest of the public will remember you as the person who was wrong on all counts. Remember this in your future, because your actions will demand consequences and/or rewards.

ONLY DRIVE THRU. Waited in line for 40 min after multiple cars cut in front because there line queue it’s absolute horse shi*. Didn’t even get seen, just left. I’m switching banks.

      Response from the owner

Hi YoungJune, we're sorry to hear about your poor experience in the drive-thru. Please note that the lobby is open, ATMs can help with deposits and withdrawals and our mobile banking app can help with many of the same transactions that the branch can. We've shared your feedback with branch leadership about the long wait in the drive-thru. Thank you for your patience. ^ashley

It’s time to open up the inside of the bank again. Having to sit in a line of cars for 30-60 minutes any time you come here is just ridiculous. You got 10 people working inside but only 2 working the drive-through.

      Response from the owner

Hi James, it sounds like a very frustrating experience. I've shared your feedback with the branch leadership team so that we can get better here. Have a great day. ^ashley

The most misinformed and untrained, sometimes rude people I have dealt with yet regarding the death of a close relative who banked here and was a loyal customer for many years. Not only did they not know their own policies or processes, they told me completely wrong legal/financial advice, and then belittled me. For example, A higher up wrongly told me I should have known that I have to wait 30-60 days after a death to touch the bank account, then told me that I had to wait until AFTER probate was complete to access the account (not true, I have to access funds at some point to settle any debts, in order to file with the court to complete probate), and then told me that the state would contact the bank when probate was over and where and to who to send out money (probate can take a year plus, and it's the precise legal responsibility of the personal representative, not the state, to alert institutions like Banks to retrieve money, close accounts, settle debts with creditors, and ensure beneficiaries receive any inheritance owed or begin claims processes on accounts with named beneficiaries), employees of the bank also repeatedly required me to come in again, in person with family members to begin the claims process for beneficiaries, but after getting there we found out there was no need for us to miss work to come in person and that the bank is fully capable of processing a claim on their own. No employee of a bank should be giving out false legal and financial advice, especially not wrong legal advice pertaining to a sensitive subject like the death of a loved one! In particular was a person names Teresa. Ended up escalating this to the general manager who helped and was actually knowledgeable and was accurate with what she stated, who then apologized for the misinformation her several employees gave me over the course of two weeks.

I've been a customer here for about 3 yrs. It so far, my favorite place to keep my money. I also know that some of the people who work for Affinity Plus can be also rude too but, i cant blame them. There always a bad sheep among the herd. Can't expect everyone to be perfect. My favorite person at this branch is Georgina Thompson. She made the refinance and deposit easy breezy. Kind and professional. Funny as well when her printer was acting odd. Handle it with humor. So for those who having bad experience with Affinity Plus just ask for Georgina Thompson or if it your first time. Ask for her anyway and save yourself a headache. Also Krista from the Coon Rapids branch is very professional and friendly too.

Just another bank or credit union. Not so good rates, just OK service, behind the times website and technology, poor communication, confusing bank statements, poor locations, and generally odd practices when paying your mortgage for example. I cannot recommend this financial institution when there are so many others that are not so far behind the times.

      Response from the owner

Thanks for sharing your feedback, Minwild. If you have details on how we could improve these services, please contact us at (800) 322-7228. We're always trying to get better. Have a great day. ^ashley

We switched to Affinity Plus last month and have been blown away. The new online and mobile app are comparable to any "big bank." We found the staff to be friendly, informative, and patient. I'm so relieved we moved away from Wells Fargo!

Don't believe the sign. Got there and was told the lobby isn't opened. They don't take coin in the drive thru and they aren't open in the lobby. They aren't convenient. When they say people helping people, they mean us as members help them.

      Response from the owner

Hi Baychang Jer Lor, we're sorry for the confusion and inconvenience. The Roseville branch lobby is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. We'll be sure to double check the branch signage to make sure its clear. ^ashley

Great bank. I have had an account for 20 years here and will always keep it. They have great people who will help you understand what banking is and how to do it reasonably. They helped me buy five cars and a house.
