  Ryan made the whole process from loan application to closing extremely simple. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and Ryan fielded them all and did a great job guiding me through the process.   This was the first house I've ever purchased. Like many, I've heard a world of horror stories about buying a home. Turns out, when you have a great financial guy, those worries are unfounded! Ryan was great through every step of the home buying process. Up front, he let me know what to expect. As the process went on, he was pro-active in looking out for my interests, saving me a boat-load of money, both with this purchase and down the road with repairs! He was incredibly fast in reaching out with all communications, never letting me feel like I was in limbo - quite the opposite, I was well informed and my confidence grew throughout the entire process. I am closing today, and I can 100% say that Ryan is a good portion of the reason I have been able to do this. His expertise and customer service are without a doubt amazing. I highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a house, but especially first time buyers.

  We highly recommend Cardinal Financial, and specifically Ryan Boney. We had some trouble with a refinance through our credit union, they took weeks to follow up on basic questions, but Ryan is exceptional on his process and follow ups. He set clear timeframes and followed through with the highest level of professionalism and no high pressure sales tactics. We completed our process ahead of schedule and by taking his advice were able to cut years off our mortgage. We would highly recommend Ryan to any and every person who wants a great experience.

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cardinal Financial. I had my previous mortgage through Chase which was a complete nightmare dealing with the 'big bank' customer service. We switched to Ryan at Cardinal Financial for our most recent move and it was a night and day difference; the ability to deal with one point of contact makes a world of difference. Buying a house is always a stress process but Ryan is able to remove as much stress as possible. Constant communication through every step without asking, and when I did have questions he answered them immediately. Ryan even went the extra mile to answer questions from our seller's realtor while he was on vacation which I'm convinced helped us win the house bid. The documentation portal is all in one place and provides easy tracking through completion.

  Working with Ryan was an absolute joy, and that's saying something in the feverishly fast housing market we are currently in. The process of getting approved for a loan and the home buying process was a breeze. All my questions were answered in minutes, not hours or days. I almost felt guilty that Ryan was so available all the time ;) We went from "not looking" to new home owners in about a month. I'm glad our realtor connected us with Ryan. I can't imagine a better experience.
