  Kelly Ferris is an outstanding sales professional. She is excellent and customer service, follow up and expectation setting. She is personable and knowledgeable on all types of loans.   My husband and I used Ruoff to secure the mortgage for our new house. Stacey Till was our officer and she was AMAZING. Honestly she made herself so available to us for any questions or concerns we had and the whole process was easy and smooth. I would highly recommend Ruoff and in particular Stacey to anyone!

  I have used other mortgage companies in the past but after my experience with Ruoff I can tell you that they are the only company I recommend. My loan officer was Brit Ward and she made everything so incredibly easy for my wife and I to buy our home! She was great and she made a process that normally is a pain go so seamlessly. If you're looking to buy a home look her up and use this company!

  If you’re looking for someone who knows her stuff, rolls with the curve balls effortlessly, and gets sh*t done quick and easily then Brit is your girl!! She made buying a house feel easy even though we all know buying a house is not necessarily easy... She is an amazing person to have on your team when purchasing property of any kind.   I’ll be honest, I was dreading the refinancing process, but Brit made it super easy. Brit kept me informed throughout the whole process. Her knowledge and professionalism made me feel at ease.   We have worked with various lenders and gone through the mortgage process multiple times. This time we were looking to refinance and were in the midst of working with different lenders, but our experience was not the best. That is until we reached out to Ruoff mortgage and that quickly changed. Working with Sean McNemar (loan officer) and Sarah Herring (loan officer assistant/processor) was a very pleasant experience from our fist communication through to successful closing. The level of communication, responsiveness, and professionalism was exactly what we were looking! I would recommend Ruoff to others and will surely look to them for our future needs. Thank you!

  If you’re looking for a mortgage guy do yourself a favor and call Steve Clark at Ruoff. He closed me in under 3 weeks, everything was organized and professional with Steve. I worked with a different bank 4 years ago when I bought my first home and had a bad experience. This time around I chose Steve and Ruoff at the urging of a couple local realtors and I’m glad I did. Steve was top notch, can’t thank him enough.
