  Honest, extremely helpful people. I used Hallmark for my first mortgage at the advice of my realtor, and then again for a refi this past month. Both times they were extremely friendly, helpful, and great communicators. Cannot ask for more from them.

  Jeff, and his team, were communicative throughout the process. I began shopping for my new house over a year before I actually bought one. Jeff was there to offer assistance on financing options, pre-qualification for the mortgage, and other advice. However, even though they told me it was likely they would handle my mortgage, they sold it immediately to a big bank. So any feelings of having a personalized experience were dashed with that quick sale of my mortgage loan.
