  Selby was my point of contact for my loan and was great to work. Kirby was my underwriter and was great also. Everyone I worked with offered 5 star service! Oak Street had first denied me when I approached them. My circumstances changed and I approached them again as it was a hail marry for myself and they came through for me. They had my loan done in less than 4 weeks if I remember correctly. It probably would've been done faster if I would've been more prompt with getting docs that they needed. Excellent service.

  Oak Street Funding was very pleasant to work with. It was a very long endeavor but our rep and his highly efficient admin made the whole process orderly and very easy to comply with. We received our loan in just a few days after we completed all the steps. Now that we are making the payments, we again have a designated rep who is wonderful to work with and responds to all my emails right away. The website has all the information needed for our agency's books and records and is quite easy to navigate. All in all, I would highly recommend Oak Street Funding to any insurance agency needing a loan.

  Really appreciate the years and relationship our business had with Oak Street Funding. They were great to work with and very competitive. I would highly recommend. Our lender, Shane Brown, was always very responsive over the years. We did multiple deals with him and sent many referrals. He would always take the time to help me understand my business needs, plan to help me understand my debt options, and I never felt annoyed / rushed during our conversations. Our account manager, Shannon Kinser, is an absolute gem!! She was always so friendly, patient with us, and very responsive. Shannon, and her team, did a great job helping give our businesses multiple options and understand a better strategy to manage our debt needs. I would highly recommend Oak Street and will keep them in mind for future loan needs.

  I was fortunate 13 years ago to have the opportunity to work with Oak Street and Elizabeth Dunning and they created a program for me that I will never forget. I NEVER ever had any problems with them. They can actually communicate with there clients and that's what we are missing today in Business. Again a BIG THANK YOU to Elizabeth and her organization. I will soon begin working on my prepetuation plan to sell my Agency to one of my long trusted employee and Oak Street is my first call.

  Oak Street Funding was there when a traditional bank was not. Our agency was only a couple of years old and they provide us with the working capital to grow. In addition, we established a credit facility (LOC) in 2020 during Covid. Karen Walker was assigned as our account rep. She has been fabulous!
