  In the past, we have been with so many Licensed Real Estate Brokers/Agents/Realtors/professionals in helping us throughout the years with our needs in buying a house or simply refinancing. We have never encounter a person or a company the likes of RSI Financial Services with a Principal/Broker named Dustin R. Williams. Dustin, on the very first day managed to sucure our documents & we have reached a deal to proceed with our Refi. He told me & my wife that in spite of the coronavirus situation, he can deliver to close the refinancing in December 2020. We were so amazed that Dustin can moved Heaven & Earth with a flash lighting speed. His team & company are extremely awesome even with the Virus & Holidays in between, they process our Refi papers almost to an absolute art form, perfect without any glitch and we signed/closed our documents before Christmas. With the positive experienced we have from RSI Financial Services and to Mr. Dustin R. Williams in particular, we will make sure that our future Real Estate business transaction must only be handled by him. Because of the success & the peace of mind we have received from Dustin, we have referred him to our families, friends, business associates & peeps so that they themselves can try to experience the very best service in terms of their pursuit for refinancing or any other related Real Estate issues. We are extremely happy with the results, outcome. We know that the STARS are only limited to five (5).   Dustin worked on our behalf to move us into a fixed rate mortgage refi at 2.75! We were in a variable rate and while it benefited us temporarily, we needed to get into a fixed rate before the increase kicked in. Using RSI's digital process made the entire experience simple and easy. We did not have to fill out laborious paperwork for approval. Dustin was always available when I had questions or concerns. He returned my emails and took my phone calls. I would highly recommend RSI and would work with them again in the future.

  Several years ago I was going to refinance my mortgage with a different company. When I got home I received a call from Dustin Williams with RSI. He was able to get me a much better deal so I went with him. I refinanced again about two years ago and again he had the best deal. I would highly recommend RSI to anyone looking for a home loan.

  The process was easy to refinance my mortgage through RSI Financial Services. Dustin Williams my processor was with me every step of the way. Every question or concern was addressed usually within 1 to 24 hours. The process was faster then my original loan. The team at RSI Financial Services worked hard to find the best loan option for me. My financial situation is not perfect and they found a product which reduces my monthly mortgage and gave me some financial breathing room during the COVID 19 crises. Therefore; I highly recommend RSI Financial Services if you are in the market to refinance your home.

  We have bought and refinanced 13 homes over our lives. This was the best experience we have had. Most of al Dustin was patient, available and no question was too small.   When a ReFi company is up front and honest with you, what's not to like? This was my 2nd ReFi with Dustin. I reached out to him again cause his knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness and down-to-earth demeanor in servicing and communicating with his customers is unquestionably the best mortgage experience one can hope for. And, this way my 4th ReFi and I've had 3 mortgages. Dustin doesn't do the "hard sell", pushy, scare-tactic stuff, as some loan financing outfits like to do, but provides you with the relevant options to allow you to make the choice that fits best with your needs.
