  Duke listed my house for sale and we had an asking price offer the day after it hit MLS. He was a pleasure to deal with through the whole process. The buyers lender made some things a bit difficult, but he reassured me and kept me updated throughout. He’s the best there is!!!

  Working with Duke was great! He had our home under contact within one day of the listing being posted, and we got the full asking price. The pictures and listing of the home looked great. If I had to do it over again, I would definitely use Rountree Realty again, and recommend him to everyone.

  Duke does whatever he can to get the job done. We had bad lenders and he got them into shape. This was our first home and he taught us everything we needed to know and kept the stress low. Duke is honest and an all around nice person. I would recommend Duke to anyone. He keeps in contact all the way through, and was always there when we had questions.

  Duke went above and beyond to help me purchase my first home for myself and my family. I first started searching with Duke a year prior and took some time away from looking and then finally decided to give house hunting another shot and contacted Duke and he was always so professional and fun and entertaining to work with. He never gave up on me through out the whole process and my MANY, MANY, MANY questions and concerns throughout the day and into the night. If he didn’t have the answer right away he always made sure he would get me an answer before the end of the day. Any crazy obstacles that we encountered throughout the process he made sure he worked twice as hard to help me through and get me into my beautiful home.   We had vacant lakefront land that we hired Duke to list for us. It took a bit to sell but Duke did an amazing job with his marketing strategy. He was hands on and kept us up to date on interest regarding the lot. I highly recommend him for anyone in the Ocala area.
