  Answer in minutes. Walked in and walked out 30 mins later a satisfied customer. Money was direct deposited in my bank account within an hour. No collateral was needed, was able to get what I needed on my signature alone.

  Got a loan probably 2yrs ago no problem. This try to take another loan worked with Karlene and it took almost 2weeks for me to call and for Michael to tell me not approved. Not very professional in communicating. Michael has a a nasty way to respond to people. Asked to speak with a manager until this day no one has called. Like I said not professional at all.

  Lost my income source, loan fell into arrears, not one contact from the company in the five years since. They never informed me, discharged the loan (wrote it off), and now my car title is in limbo. Not one piece of paper, not one phone call.

  Don't waste your time with this company,I walked in to borrow a couple thousand,they acted like I was wanting a mortgage.I asked ahead to ask me all the requirements before they inquiring my credit report. So they tell me everything looks ok but needed some info from the bank that I had to bring the next day,the next day I come back & was told I didn't make enough money for the amount I was wanting to borrow & it was posted against my credit report.....STUPID IDIOTS & YOU CAN'T FIX STUPID!

  Camishia was awesome! It didn't take long to get the loan approved, documents signed and a check in our hands. Wonderful experience!
