  As a first time home buyer I was completely overwhelmed with all of the information that had to be gathered and provided. How to look for the best deal. Which bank to go with. I had a mortgage broker prior to signing with Jeremy and he would never respond to my questions and when he found out how little I had to spend it seemed like he lost interest in me completely. Jeremy was referred to me by a friend and I was a little jaded but I needed help. I can not say enough about Jeremy and his whole team. They gave me a list of everything I needed to provide and filled out all of my paperwork for me. All I had to do was choose a house. He was 100% honest and upfront about what I could expect, and within 3 months I owned a gorgeous home. When I decide to upgrade he will definitely be my first call.

  Jeremy was extremely professional, proactive, and great at communicating with us through the home buying process. I reached out to him just about a tentative pre-qualification (which we had in no time), and he was extremely supportive without being pushy. He was able to lock in a lower rate than we even anticipated, and was a trusted advisor throughout. We never questioned that he was working on our behalf, and we closed on the perfect house less than two months after our first contact with Jeremy. Hands down, the BEST experience!

  We recently had been thinking about refinancing our home that we’d just purchased a few years back in order to get rid of mortgage insurance. Jeremy was able to quickly determine whether we had the equity in our property to be able to do so without having to order an appraisal. We were able to lower our rate significantly and get rid of the PMI, saving us a significant amount of money every month. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!
