  Bob was great! This was our first time buying a home so we of course had a lot of questions. He answered all our questions and the process was very smooth. He was also quick to respond, always a response to any question within a couple of hours, even on weekends! If we were to buy another home we work with Bob again. Update: we refinanced our home. Bob found a better interest rate for us and answered all our questions about refinancing. The process was easy and fast!

  We decided to refinance our home and Bob was the first person that we reached out to with that news. He has financed our last two houses and now a re-fi as well. He keeps in communication with you, is clear and concise and most importantly, understands that not everyone knows the housing lingo well. He explains clearly and is easy to understand terms.
