  “I’ve got a guy who can get you a loan. No, like everyone I send him gets a loan and he works really hard to make it happen.” That’s what was said and that’s what was delivered. After our first approach didn’t work out, Dave stuck with us to get creative with bringing in another co-borrower. In these weird times, being self-employed can get a little hairy in traditional underwriting. Dave (and his incredible and revolving team) being willing to stick it out with us finally had us get a great home. If you’re traditionally employed this will be a slam dunk. If you’re self-employed or part of the gig economy, you need to work with Dave. Thanks for getting us “Home.” -Josh
