  I get that this is West Texas and that this behavior of “we’ll treat you how we want to because you need me more than I need you” is the same complaint everywhere you go...BUT, after calling to make a service appointment I was told it’s first come first serve so show up in the morning. After doing so I walked in to see employees hovering around the front desk not doing squat and a garage full of vehicles with nobody working... So for those of you that have your vehicles there good luck I guess. Then I was told they are four days behind and I would be expected TO LEAVE MY VEHICLE PARKED THERE UNTIL THEY COULD GET TO IT (in a garage where nobody seemed particularly concerned with doing anything...ever...). When I asked if they could call me when they’re ready and I could bring it in then I was told no. When I asked if someone could at least come look it over I was told no. When asked if there was somewhere else to go I was told no.... So don’t waste your time here their attitude is we have enough business you can take a hike. I’ll drive to Fort Worth before I spend a dime there. Good luck when the boom ends I’m sure with customer service like that you’ll do just fine.

  Very friendly and helpful with my search with a used car. salesman knew the car i was interested in very well and explained all the options the car had. it was a pleasent experience buying a car there.

  Took my truck in for repairs. After a month I picked up my truck because they couldn't duplicate the problem. The truck was covered in mud, the interior was dirty like alot of people was riding in it, fuel was empty,and the paint was chipped on the door. All I got was a sorry nothing we can do about it.

  The service is terrible. I don't know why these other reviews say good. I think they are faked. Everything is over priced. My truck didn't even make it to 100k easy miles before a check engine light came on. They have had my truck for 2 days and haven't even called me telling me why the light is on, much less fixed it. Also tried to call in twice now and can't get through.

  service department will not call you, if u drop ur vehicle off up front, you had better call twice a day to check on your vehicle or it will sit there for no reason. The express lube in the back is excellent!

  We used the Quick Lube for our Dually and they had our truck in and out in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

  Wish zero stars was an option to express how I really feel about Rogers Ford. Either they just don't like me or all these 5 star reviews are fake and done by friends and relatives. I've tried to purchase vehicles from them through the years, but they aren't interested in anything but the sticker price. Tried the lube service and after setting in the waiting area for 3 hours, I asked how much longer it would be, I learned that the oil was changed and my truck was setting outside, but they forgot to notify me. Most recently, I took my truck to get the radiator hose changed. I had to leave it for 6 days to get a 1 hour job done. If this dealership was in the DFW area, they would no longer be open. What a joke!!!!! This is my last time to ever go to Rogers Ford.

  Steve in the service department is the one you need to ask for! He will get you in and out and at a reasonable price. He knows his trucks and cars as if he was the one who built them. No one and I do mean No one in Odessa or Midland can touch his knowledge or his hands on service. Steve is the man when it comes to Ford's!!

  Lesley Ray is the sales man you must see he is amazing he goes above and beyond to take of his customers. I live in Odessa he came out from midland 2x and that was before i purchased my 1st truck.7 mo later i bought another vehicle from lesley. I will not buy any vehicles from anyone but Lesley Ray and Rogers Ford in midland.

  Horrible rude service, to my wife, lied said they can look at my truck, so i had it towed here from Pecos$$$$ . Sat all weekend , and then they said it wont be looked at 2 or 3 weeks. No loaner cars available, there is waiting list. I came to get my truck since they didnt have time for me, luckly it started. Got %$#@ out of there . Salesmen gave me dirty look . Just not freindly at all. And 2 to 4 week wait for it to be "looked" at . Go eat a bag of hot dogs!
