  My wife and I were very pleased with the professional manner of Rodney and the personal attention he gave to us. All emails and phone calls were promptly responded too and this made us feel that we had a person who cared about his clients. The document work was also handled very smoothly and we had no issues that were not easily corrected. Rodney always gave us his word that things would be done in accordance with our needs and wishes.   Dear Mr. Rodney Campo, I want to thank you so much for your help, knowledge, and expertise concerning my desire to keep my mother’s house and become a homeowner. You made it possible for me to do a refinance and transfer of title deed of my mothers’ home which was left to her children after her passing. I wanted to keep the house, settle financially with my siblings, and satisfy the wishes of my Mother. It seemed like an expensive, time consuming, and complicated matter, which included the cost of a real estate agent. Finding you under American Mortgage Services, as a Mortgage Loan Specialist, I was able to speak with you concerning my situation and you gave me the best option for going forward. I was totally amazed by your knowledge and experience. The whole process of getting a loan to settle my siblings’ share of their inheritance, the title deed to become a homeowner and to keep my mother’s house was not complicated. Also saving money on the unnecessary use of a Real Estate Agent was something I was unaware of. You helped me through the whole process and exceeded my expectations, with a low interest loan and monthly payments that are lower than I expected. Everyone that was a part of your team, also were friendly and professional. It made the whole process amazing. I was also amazed that the whole process took only a month where it could have been much longer doing things differently.
