  What an amazing experience I had with the loan process! I just closed on a beach condo and they made it happen in only 20 business days! If you know anything about loans and investment properties, especially condos, you know it can be a long and tough process, but they got it done! Will definitely use them for my next investment property and any future real estate purchases.

  JB and his whole team were so great!! Everything from the beginning to the end went smoothly!! The whole team was always on top of all conversations and any issues that came up were fixed immediately! We actually closed 4 days sooner then expected! I would 10000 percent recommend!!

  The American Mortgage team made closing on my home fast and easy. I knew up front what they needed me to provide them with and they kept me posted along the way of the status of my loan. I have a rate lower than anyone I know who has contracted recently and the fees on the loan were minimal. Closing day went smooth, and the title company and my agent even remarked how great my mortgage team was to deal with. Dont think twice, let these guys handle your mortgage if you want it done right!   This is my second time using American Mortgage Services and they once again exceeded my expectations. Clay, Christine, Joni and Sherri made the entire home purchase process hassle free. Brent, Kyle, Pam, and Cassidy from American Mortgage Services associated homeowners insurance company Cambridge Insurance, were also rockstars and helped us close on our new house in a very short period of time.
