  I am absolutely grateful for all of Ian’s help with my mortgage process. He was always available to answer any and all questions, was very patient, extremely professional, and was so knowledgeable of the entire process.   Where do I even begin?! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I was shopping around for a mortgage lender and one of my friends referred me to Ian. She swore up and down if anyone could make it happen, it was him. And she was right. I am a first time home buyer, purchasing a for sale by owner with no realtor. I got to experience first hand how amazing Ian is. He was so informative and helpful with the process. He answered me in a timely fashion, EVERY TIME I needed something. He answered me outside of work hours which he did not have to do. He set me up for success with the purchase. He got me the best rate, and actually cared about the details that would affect me post-purchase. He made sure I was within my budget, comfortable, and happy. Above all he was a pleasure to work with! I am now referring everyone I know to him. He made my first time home buyer experience an unforgettable one. Thank you Ian!!!

  Ian was like a spark plug, willing and ready to pre-qualify me right after realtor contacted him on Saturday. Listed what i needed and got busy. Within 8 hrs of receiving my info, I received a call with the green light to move forward with offer on property. 4 hrs later my offer was accepted. He stayed on top of things and was responsive throughout the process. I would recommend him to anyone.

  Ian was amazing to work with. As a Manager for a Title Company I really enjoyed the experience of working with him and his team. We had a difficult overseas closings and Ian was more than willing to do absolutely whatever needed to help me get it to the table. I would highly recommend!
