  Don't use this bank they have the WORST website .mobile banking . Customer Service on the planet. I personally Bank here Until tomorrow when i close my account because they do everything possible to avoid speaking to a person they charge you for everything . 15 dollars if you check your balance AT THEIR ATM Plus they charge you for using any atm not theirs .

  I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Bank. I set up an account at Rocky Mountain Bank recently, and I'm kicking myself for not making the switch sooner. They are super helpful, and their accounts are so much better than the online bank that I switched from. Ask for Lauren, she was great!

  Lauren Dewise at RMB is a great choice for a small business banker. I don't think you can find someone more passionate about their job and taking care of their customers than Lauren. She is willing to go th extra mile to ensure that your banking needs are exceeded!

  Sorry to say that I have not had the greatest experiences with some people at this bank. I love Sherrie Kitto in the home mortgage department, she has a great can-do attitude and is very knowledgeable. I loved Kent Levi, but his successors (he retired) don't seem to be as proficient or knowledgeable, and are certainly nowhere near as prompt in their communication as Kent was. It was an ongoing problem for more than a year which I brought up with supervisors, but nothing was done. On several occasions, I have had wire transfers botched, calls unreturned, calls routed to the wrong people, emails unreturned, etc. Things just don't seem to run very smoothly. There are some very curt, snippy people answering the phones here as well. I get interrupted regularly, and one woman in particular consistently ends the calls too quickly, sounding impatient and like my call is an inconvenience. Just had to move on to a bank with better customer service and better offerings.

  I recently helped my mother-in-law refinance her mortgage through Chris Alstrin at Rocky Mountain Bank. He listened carefully, answered all her questions, and got her a fantastic deal. Definitely a great experience!
