  When my wife and I decided to re-finance we contacted Amber and she immediately went to work finding us the best rate for our needs. Amber took care of everything quickly and was great about communicating with us every step of the way. The deal went through without any issues. We could not be happier with our new mortgage. I highly recommend Amber and Fairway to anyone who may be considering a new loan, re-finance, or if you just want to deal with a local company that has your best interest in mind.

  I was very impressed with Fairway Mortgages staff. They were extremely efficient and well organized. Our mortgage refinancing went quite smooth and if there was a problem it was addressed immediately allowing the process to be completed on time. I especially want to thank Amber, Erin and JR for their detailed attention and hard work. Overall great experience, couldn’t be happier.

  Amber was extremely helpful to my husband and I as we navigated the purchase of a home in a new state. Even though we were located hundreds of miles apart and on different time zones, Amber always responded quickly and ran multiple scenarios for us so we could see different down payments, loan amounts, etc. Her team made everything super easy and efficient, and it was fantastic to be able to provide all our documents through a secure portal in electronic format - especially since we were physically located so far away! We would definitely go back to Amber and Fairway for any future loan needs.

  Great experience! I was living in CO at the time when I started my process of wanting to buy a home. I ended moving to WA with in a few days later . I got my home loan through fairway independent mortgage , I was like re approved in 3 days , fastest turn around I have ever seen. Great communication as far as the process and what to expect. We over came a few hurtles and they told me what I needed to do . Always keeps you update . Wonderful people

  Neal and Andrea from Fairway were so responsive compared to all other lenders and found a solution when others could not. We actually closed sooner than in the contract - even with a second mortgage. It was not stressful - much easier than expected - thank you Fairway!
