I've never worked with a loan officer who was as clear, honest and efficient.   I have had an amazing experience as a member of RMCU. This is my second credit union membership, and so far RMCU has exceeded my already stellar experience with my previous CU. They are prompt, professional, and soooooo nice. Love working with the team here, looking forward to doing more banking with them!

  Generally I have a very positive experience with the staff and receive a lot of great help in person. I live close to a Bozeman branch so its convenient. The iOS mobile application unreliable, often not working, it lacks features and I often have to wait or come in-person to accomplish simple tasks that I could do on the mobile app for other banks. So its like personal and local so that feels good, but the app is bad so I probably would steer clear if you're under the age of 50.

  I have gotten 2 car loans with RMCU and have thoroughly enjoyed the process. One of my car loans was a total loss and they walked me thru the process and my GAP claim. I have learned so much with working with different staff throughout my membership at Rocky! They rock, and cant wait to send more people their way!!!

  ***Buyer beware*** Don't bank with these lieing sneeks. When I first moved to town I opened an account with this bank only to find out after the fact that they ran a hard credit check on me without my knowledge. So Because they ran a hard check on me my credit score dropped which I only found out about because I monitor my credit. Then a few months later I wanted to apply for a lone, no one would even return my phone calls afterwords. Then when I went I to ask about my lone application I was told my credit score was not good enough "not as good as you think" I was told. I called B.S. on that, I closed my account, went across the street to First Interstate Bank, opened an acount, applied for a lone and was approved for my lone within a day. I later asked what my credit score was and let's just say it completely showed that what I was told at Rocky Mountain C.U. was false. They flat out lied to me. P.s. I now have there hard credit check on my credit report for another year. Thanks for nothing.
