  As a recent transplant to Bozeman, I was not familiar with the local banks. Some long time residents spoke highly of and strongly recommended Bank of Bozeman. I now have checking and savings accounts with them as well as a lending relationship. The new accounts manager, the senior loan officer, the tellers, and the folks in the drive-up window have been excellent in every respect. They are efficient, responsive, friendly and easy to work with. They have taken the time to understand my banking needs. Their online and mobile banking services are top shelf. I strongly recommend Bank of Bozeman.

  I live in N. Arizona and none of my local banks were able to help me with a certain small business need. I turned to Bank of Bozeman where my extended family resides and Angelina was amazingly helpful and able to address my business needs same day. Incredible communication, knowledge and overall service. Based on this experience, I would recommend this bank to anyone. Thank you again Angelina!

  We are very appreciative of Bank of Bozeman and all the hard work they put into getting us a mortgage for our new home in Bozeman, MT. Everyone that we have worked with (Dan, Desiree, and Sue to name a few) have been absolutely wonderful. They are professional, but bring a certain amount of familiarity that only small banks can do into transactions. We felt very well cared for and appreciated working with them. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for financing and/or banking services.

  I had no issues with Bank of Bozeman until the end. They closed all three of my accounts without so much as a phone call or letter to explain. All three were active accounts in good standing. I was also disappointed when I tried to ask their mortgage department a couple simple questions about getting pre-qualified. They were very dismissive. Perhaps if I would’ve been ready to buy, and sign for a loan providing them with all that interest income they would’ve been more helpful. Unfortunately, since I was just asking questions, I was just treated like a nuisance.

  Julie, we are sorry to hear you had a poor experience with our mortgage department. We pride ourselves on client service and during the mortgage frenzy of 2020, sometimes we fell short. We are making some changes in our mortgage department for 2021 and hope when you do decide to move forward, you give us another chance. Regarding the closed accounts, we will have a Client Services Representative reach out to you personally to see what can be done to rectify that situation.

  I opened up both personal and business checking accounts with Bank of Bozeman recently. I have been very impressed by their customer service and offerings. "Going to the bank" is no longer something I dread, as it was with larger banks where I felt like just a number. It is very personalized and the customer service is genuine and sincere. I highly recommend them!

  Bank of Bozeman has been wonderful! Not only are they extremely courteous and prompt at the branch (i have never spent longer than about 2 minutes waiting for a teller), but they are straightforward with you when you open an account. There are no extra hidden fees, online banking is clear, and i have had no trouble paying bills and loans from outside institutions from my BOB account. This bank is great for someone like me, who doesnt make or bank with a lot of money, but still wants to be treated with respect. Thanks BOB!
