      I deposited a 81,900 check at this bank from John deere it was cashed I went to the bank they took an additional 5 days hold on the check they are not telling me where the interest is on the hold they receive the interest on my money for 5 days.

      Always, outstanding service no matter who you work with. Everyone at this branch treats you like you are a VIP. They greet everyone as if they are their most important customer and they take their time to make sure you are happy. It's always a pleasant experience.

      Pretty sure harassing if you have law firm calling me for the money I know I have to pay back. Yet this utterly crazy, and not right. If set up account and late on over draft. They keep threatening and threating you until you pay it.

      Just saying Bank of America was actually the best bank I had. If overdraft they only charge 60 dollars on overdraft. Citizen bank is scam for over drafting 4 different charges of 30 making my debt 5 times as much then item I overdraft. Sad part if pay it off you get no credit. I am sick of them taking my money every month just going under 1 in the negatives. I suggest dont open account here your better off going Bank of America and sticking with them. Robbing your everyday citizenship should be there logo.

      I came to this citizens bank in bridgewater couple days ago and they wouldn't help me with my check I talked to manager the same the manager wouldn't help me either never going back there again. I went to citizens bank in stoughton I can't thank them enough wonderful customer service wonderful manager they helped with my check and everything else
