David Jourden1Ive never written so many bad reviews, and with reason! Flagstar just started servicing my loan and it was never disclosed to me that they charge $15 monthly just to make a payment. Completely archaic! they have 'free options', but a $15 fee to pay your mortgage is obscene in this day and age.
