  Jennifer Odglen is the best!! She is an amazing person and a friend throughout the entire experience. Buying a car can be overwhelming. Jennifer is always positive and caring. She doesn’t sell to you because she doesn’t need too. She is just awesome! I highly recommend her.

  Tom was excellent when I arrived to the lot and helped me find a very nice car after just being in an accident. He was very understanding and answered all of my questions without hesitation. If your looking for a good car, he is the one to go to!

  Sales good. Repair not so good. Body shop needs major work. From telling customers about Chip shortages will cause delays when you had zero clue where the vehicle is to telling customer the Repair tech is on vacation. That and not having a loaner for lease customers. And don't expect information on timely manor. It takes multiple calls, emails, text to get a single call back.. That and many times they won't know where it is. Which body shop, which repair (GMC, Chevy, Body shop 1, Body shop 2)

  Put a $500 deposit down to purchase a brand new $80k vehicle that was in transit to the dealership. The salesman sent this email: "...Your vehicle is completely secured so there's no way any one can sell it other than me..." So I sold my family's car and we planned to make do without a primary vehicle for a few days while waiting for the new one to arrive. Two days before the scheduled delivery, I emailed to confirm everything was going well. No response from Al Serra. 24 hours later, I got a call from the salesman. "Really sorry, but we committed this vehicle to someone else". Now I'm scrambling to find a comparable vehicle with limited stock options locally. Massively disappointed in this dealership. EDIT 5/3/2021: Dealer responded below and said a sales manager would reach out to me. No one ever called. Appears they are quick to respond to all of the 1-star reviews and they pay lip service... but they don't take them seriously.

  Chris Salter went above and beyond to help accommodate my wife and I. We're very happy with the vehicle we purchased and will definitely be coming back to Al Serra for future purchases. Chris was very helpful and understanding when answering any questions we had. Thank you for making such a stressful time finding a vehicle look easy. 🙂

  Had an issue with my car that other dealerships near me could not resolve. Took it to Al Serra and long story short put a good chuck of change into fixing it with it to only continue to do the same thing. They stood but their work and told me the money I already spent would be money in the bank until the problem is solved! The repair was slow but didn’t mind too much since I had a loaner! The customer service and communication was great! Ask for Josh! Worth the drive from Owosso! When a new vehicle is needed you’ve gained a new customer!

  Taking my car to get serviced at the Chevy service center is always a great experience. Ethan S. is a great guy. He was honest and helpful to make the process super simple. I recommend anybody getting their car maintenance done to go find Ethan.

  The experience was very awesome Contacted him kind of last minute set up an appointment for the next day to go look at some cars he pulled up a great selection and very helpful and giving as much information about each vehicle as there was he was also very friendly and will definitely do business with him again

  My second time working with Cameron Pender was another good experience. He sent me things to have ready ahead of time so when I got on site I didn’t have to spend all day there which I was very grateful of. He’s professional, very easy to work with, he answered all my questions and did his best to stay in a vehicle I could afford.
